Terms of Service

18+/21+ only. OwnRoom works only with creators who are of legal gambling/marketing age in their jurisdiction (18+, or 21+ where required). By applying you confirm you meet that threshold.
No guaranteed results. We do not promise — and you should not expect — winnings, audience growth, sponsor revenue, guaranteed casino/venue access, or any specific financial outcome. Nobody can promise those.
What we do. OwnRoom provides creator-operations services (community/Discord builds, partnership and clipper management, casino-relationship outreach, and back-office operations). Scope and pricing are agreed per engagement; builds start at $2,000.
Affiliate & referral links. Any affiliate or referral links we set up or manage are clearly labeled as such. We follow the disclosure rules of the relevant platforms and jurisdictions.
Applications. Submitting the form is an application, not a contract. We review applications and may decline; nothing is owed by either side until a written engagement is agreed.
Responsible gambling. Gambling carries real financial risk. Please play responsibly and within your means, and promote responsibly to your audience.

What we collect. Only what you submit on the application: your creator/brand name, platform & handle, follower range, whether you have a Discord/sponsors/footage, your stated goal, budget readiness, and your email — plus your age and consent confirmations.
Why. To evaluate your application and, if it's a fit, to contact you about working together. That's it.
How it's stored. In our private CRM, accessible only to OwnRoom staff. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with service providers strictly needed to operate (e.g. our hosting/database provider) or where required by law.
Public data. Separately, OwnRoom may evaluate publicly available information about creators (e.g. public profile pages) for outreach. We only use public data and never bypass logins or access private accounts.
Retention & your choices. We keep application data only as long as needed to evaluate it or while we're working together. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time — just email us.
